## What RXHAL Is

RXHAL is not a conventional coaching or wellness brand. It is a human optimisation company operating at systems level — currently anchored in biological systems science and performance, with planned expansion across web, software, supplements, clothing, and education verticals. The premise is that every domain a human operates in can be optimised, and RXHAL exists to build the frameworks, products, and protocols that make that possible.

**Biological Systems Optimisation (BSO)**
The core practice. RXHAL approaches the human body as an integrated biological system — not a collection of isolated variables. Optimisation requires understanding regulatory axes, mitochondrial function, hormonal systems, connective tissue, chronobiology, breathwork, cognitive regulation, and environmental inputs as a unified whole.

**Performance Protocol System**
Personalised biological systems protocols built from member intake data. Three tiers: Foundation, Optimisation, and Sovereign. Each protocol is specific to the individual — not a template. Members access their protocols, submission history, and progress tracking through a private member dashboard at rxhal.com.

**One-on-One Coaching**
Currently open to new members in the Auckland and South Auckland area. Personalised, systems-level coaching in combat fundamentals, self-defence systems, and physical development. Not generic programming. Structured progressive sessions built around the individual.

## Founder

Harsimran Rehal. Systems-level human optimisation practitioner and educator. Over a decade of martial arts training across Taekwondo, MMA, and BJJ. Personal training certified. Based in Auckland, New Zealand. RXHAL is his practice, his IP, and his brand — built from the ground up as a vertically integrated human optimisation company.
